Apparently I've been thinking about Les Brown a lot lately because I'm going to talk about another one of his quotes and it is, "Leap and grow your wings on the way down." We tend to wait until everything is perfect, trying to get everything lined up. Waiting till the stars are aligned, everyone's happy about what we're doing and everyone's supportive, before we get started. I personally am the worst at this! I will read every book, I'll take every class, go to every seminar, go back to the University and get another degree, all before getting started. When the truth is, if it's something that's interesting to you, you probably already have more knowledge about it and more expertise in it than 99% of the population. You're good, go ahead and get started. Another one of his quotes is, "You don't have to be great to get started, but you have to get started to be great." So just go, go start, do something, you can continue the education along the way, but you must take a step, get started.
